We love barbell training but we recognize that its not for everyone and that fitness can be found in multi-dimensional activities that include lifts with smaller weighted objects as well as our own body weight. The UltraFit Boot Camp Methodology
We have taken our years of training and experience and applied the philosophies and programming to a system that is essentially resistance training yet does not use barbells.
We use body weight, kettlebells, and medicine balls just like we do in the UltraFit barbell program but we eliminate the need for barbells. This allows us to focus on intensity, endurance for maximum weight loss and optimal body composition.
No bulky muscles just a lean healthy look!
In fact the UltraFit program promotes many gymnastic and free body movement patterns and many of our routines have been lifted directly from the main UltraFit Systems barbell programming because it works!

I am Carl Monaco, founder and owner and Head Trainer at UltraFit Boot Camps.
I am responsible for your programming and experience and as you can see I practice what I teach! This is an important point as our trainers are required to practice what we preach. We perform the same exercises and nutritional programs as our clients. We know that we get results and if we don't we change it. This is the only way we know you will get results.
I have over 18 years of personal training experience and have managed many personal training studios in the valley.
